house for sale in Ban chang

I have a house for sale in ban chang. I bought it a few years ago for my retirement but I think I jumped the gun. I took voluntary redundancy in January so plans change. The house is 2 bedroomed and needs kitting out but I have redone the 2 showers so now they are very attractive. Currently I am in UK but can easily come out with the relevant paperwork and the Thai compny paperwork. I would like to sell it for 2mill. baht. There is also a communial pool.

So, what you're saying is...............you could well be retired now !!!!!!! :)
Could you not hold onto this house until such times as you CAN retire?
The market over there, as well as UK is, to put it succinctly.............fucked at the moment

i too would like to know if the house is still for sale.
i dont understand about the company papers. is this a way for farang to own property?
