I've just brought two houses in a swop deal for my condo with reasons for quick resale and cash back as my condo was in a Thai name and hard to move.
Located exactly 23km from Central Pattaya, about 5km from BangSarey Beach on the way to Sattahip. Both houses are in the same village opposite each other.
