I'm not aware of any websites, and most realtors only have 1 or 2 rental listings for Rayong, so it's not very efficient to look at realtor websites for Rayong rentals. I think the best places to live are near the beaches. You should go down there and look for signs. The two popular beach areas are the PMY resort area on the west side of Rayong, and Mae Ram Phung Beach on the eastern side of Rayong.

Also, a bit further west, but still within Rayong Province, are Phala, Phayun and Nam Rin beaches, just south of Ban Chang crossroads(traffic lights) on Sukhumvit Rd(Hway 3). The properties there, in general, are very reasonably priced. Not sure about rentals. Good luck.

Nam Rin beach is a good location. Before I moved to Rayong, that's where I lived. The beach is quiet, and the breeze blows the PTT refinery pollution away from that area. The address will be Ban Chang. There are quite a few houses and apartments for rent along the beach road running from Nam Rin all the way to the west side of Ban Chang at Phala Beach.

If you are applying for a rental with a property management company, find out what their rental criteria is. It sounds like common sense, but a lot of people submit a rental application, with a non-refundable credit report fee, only to be turned down because of their credit history.
