Odille's is hands-down the best restaurant in Rayong. They serve the finest imported beef from Australia and New Zealand (they even sell their beef retail). Odille's is the most expensive restaurant in Rayong. A dinner is going to cost you 250-500 baht. Very expensive by Rayong standards. I'll add some pics tomorrow, as I think I'll eat dinner there to celebrate a recent job promotion.
To get there, take Sukhumvit all the way through Rayong town, past Rayong Hospital, and make a left turn at soi 59. You will be going north, and, just past a Susco station on your right, you will enter a traffic circle. Go through the traffic circle and exit north (the same direction you were going on soi 59). Odille's is on your right as you exit the traffic circle.
