Mocha is a Thai-western restaurant/coffee house located on Thaksin Road, just before you cross the bridge over the Rayong River. It is two shops past Pizza Land. They have a good New York steak, but I really like their pork steak smothered in a light brown onion-wine sauce. Prices are good, and, with a drink, dinner will run about 150 baht for western food.
At Mocha, you're likely to run into the governor of the province, the mayor of Rayong, the chief of police, and, of course, the head of the Thai mafia in Rayong. Take it all in stride. The owner is Thai, but speaks good English. I offered to revise his menu, and I'll post it along with some pics in a week or so. Happy eating!

I've been eating at Mocha for nearly 10 years. Zap is right. Good western (and Thai) food at the right price. And, yes, it's where the movers & shakers of Rayong meet.

Welcome to the board Cluezo!
With 10 years in Rayong, I look forward to your sage advice. Have you been out to the Dingo Club yet?
