Does anyone know where there is a large size property near the main road in bang saray, looking to start a business, Rent only, no keymoney.

Hoff might have somthing or at least know of somthing for you. The old Jasmine might be to small. Not for rent, sale only.

Great cant wait for you to open a place bryan and sell beer at 40 baht like your always moaning about.Be nice for you to understand the owner side of things, opposed to a customer view ,see the real costs invlovled in keeping a place open and the headaches.

ate at camel pub in banchang on friday great fish and chips, street seems quie a moment first visit in 2 weeks

normal cruise up street noots seems lacking girls now,nasa same old girls,cupid stunts biggest pair i seen in thailand amazing nice to see a bar with drinks deals on 3 beers 200 bht,vodka/gin 70 baht ,jug vodka redbull 250 bht think i got it right.
candy bar not full of girls like normal.street seems to be lacking new talent

You don't know me then do you, when I go drinking I go to the top gogos, not nasty cheap beer bars.... your pissed off because i said 80 baht for a small beer in Ban Chang has put me off going there! I am not buying a beer bar, thats the last thing I would ever want.

plz accept my appologies then,i just get annoyed at people moaning about price of beer, i too have never owned a bar but have friends who do and understand the costs invloved for them.wasnt meant as a direct jibe i appologise again.good luck in whatever your new venture is

Yeah sorry I jumped on you a little, but I rarely moan about prices, I was just annoyed about Ban Chang, but its a difficult position they are in, they need more customers so they can drop the prices, i know a lot of bar/gogo hotel owners and understand as much as i can about overheads.

I'm not sure but Cherokee looks closed. Try contacting Roland. He was on this forum as 'Cherokee'. It is on the main Sukhumvit Road and is at Bang Sare, where the blue roofed houses are. Navy House estate. Don't know the number.

For sell or rent in Bangsaray.

Old Jasmine for sell. Asking 1.2 mill. Rent out also possible.
The house are for sell asking 1.7 mill. Livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen have to have a makeover. All outside are brick covered.
