There are a few places to have a good drink in Bang Sare.
Only one of them have the "bar girls", but then again, they
are of dubious quality. (Jasmine Bar).(Norwegian)
Link will be posted below.

Apart from that there are a few more.

The Local on the main street (no girls),(English).
Blind Beggar, just after the roundabout (maybe 2 girls).(English).

2 karaoke bars on the main street (thai+rip-off places)
They are mainly for thais and Cambodian fishermen when they have their 2-week wages.

There are on the other hand, rumours, that a restaurant/bar (western and thai food),
will be opening soon just before Chockchai Villa 1 (on the first sideroad on your right from
the road to Rayong (trafficlights between Sattahip and Bang Sare) just before the end of the road).

They should have (according to rumours) have about 5-10 farmfresh local girls working there.
Should have short-time rooms as well.

Maybe a very good secluded (anonymous, out of the way place), to go for a good short-time,
without anyone knowing about it. ;)

Will keep you updated about it.

The forum on that site you mentioned is a bit of a busted flush, more's the pity. Full of the usual spam people get in their Hotmail/Google/Yahoo mailboxes
Looks like its been long abandoned by its owner

Hi Hedonist,

This is Thailand, so we donīt expect them to update their websites.
And yes, I know itīs a bit dated, but was the only relevant one I could find.

Looking forward to the new one opening, which should be a more satisfying (diffrent) experience.

Its not so much "not updated" as looking abandoned by the owner, and left to the spammers to fill with crap
A bit like Yahoo Groups of old
Shame really, cause i am getting to like the area more and more (or could that be i am getting to DISlike Pattaya more and more?) and would welcome info about the place

Went to Jasmine Bar for the first time. Had a good time with a few very pleasant locals from Oz and Denmark.

Girsl were friendly but definitely not lookers.

Is this new bar at Siam Court as that is where you are describing I think.

Hi Spider,

We have probably met then.

The new place is nowhere near Siam Court I think (where is Siam Court?).

It will be about 2 kmīs outside Bang Sare, going towards Sattahip.

IMPORTENT UPDATE:
The opening party at Jasmine Bar is postponed. This due to the fact that the workers can not hold the scedual. This is not unusual. On the other hand the roarworkers starts to dig up the road today. When the road will be drivable is so far not know. Possible somtime in September. We will come back with further info as soon as possible.

Vell, we are open already. The bar will be fully funcional during the next days. The offisial opening, with Tv and press will not go off untill somtime in November. This due to the roadwork. That will not be finiched unthill then.

Reg Ivers.
