the for sale sign is up at abbey road - it is a shame as they where doing a good job and created a bar restaurant that was different
if you are interested speak to bpii the owner

not forgetting the Cherokee bar is still up for sale and the price is dropping rapidly

A Lady bar? On that location? Hard to believe. Too public, too visible. Local farang wouldn't go somewhere that public if it has a reputation as a lady bar.
Pity, it didn't last long. I thought it was well designed. Wonder what happened to the original owner, did he get shafted?

Yes he did, but he wasn't the owner. His wife was. And guess who shafted him.

I think it might actually work. The place is crying out for a decent bar with girls. Not everyone is married off and the single guys have little to do but go to Pattaya or Sattahip. Admittedly the clientele would change but I think it would be replaced. Other bars may well also benefit if the current customers gravitate to them for the reason you mention.

I dont think that a ladybar on that location is in the mayors interests. We got away with it at old Jasmine because we were lokated in an back road . Even thou that was used as an argument against us when hell broke loose. (sorry for any spellig mitstakes :)
